Last I saw of the pilgrims was at the Peace march in London on Saturday the 15th March. They headed off on the road to Cambridge on Sunday (more walking in the rain), so keep an eye out for them.

Top blokes! Can't believe that just one night after seeing them in Maidstone they were in London. Nutters - but both have great outlooks on life!

Here is Clara helping our pilgrim friends to establish Mummy's studio in our spare room. With infinte patience Saoirse & Eric worked side by side with a nearly two year old helper so now my studio is at last ready for action after a year in our new home in St Leonards! What fabulous fellows the pilgrims are highlighting a way which in our heart of hearts we all knew was the way to be. These boys are the action and they ask nothing of us but we can witness, watch or join in as we wish that is our free will. It has been a pleasure and a joy, thank you for walking through St Leonards and be blessed on your journey onwards with love from Marie-Louise, Mau & Clara

Eric and Saorise have blown my mind and opened my heart to deeper levels of unconditional love this week. I have witnessed them speak about peace in an assembly to 300 children, help build a willow structure at my son's school, entertain and inspire both my 3 year old and my 10 year old son, wash up the breakfast things at my house, help a friend who had hurt his arm to knock down a wall, clear rubbish and generally do handy work to help develop community studio space in St Leonards, help another friend with child care and assist another friend with clearing out her spare room so that she can use it as creative space. These people are beautiful, genuine heart centred and really do walk their truth. They are beacons of love. It is an honour to have met you my friends. Blessed Be.

I was filming with Saoirse and Eric at the weekend as they explored Dover and waited for ferry tickets. It was a situation that was nothing short of miraculous, but I'll leave it to Saoirse to fill in the details. However, I can reveal that team pilgrim is growing - this is a photo of Saoirse, Eric and Katie as they're about to get on the ferry. Saoirse seems very well; looking good, very focussed and happy the walk is becoming less about him and more of a movement. The programme will be on Inside Out on Feb 29th, 7.30pm BBC1 West. If you're out of the West region you can watch it on Sky channel 986 or on the website - bbc.co.uk/insideout and select West region from the options.

Like Raminta I met Saoirse at the sanctuary cafe in Brighton -where I live. He stayed at my place last night and set off this morning with a friend who had decided to walk to Eastbourne with him. It was lovely to meet this amazing man who is on a real mission! I'm glad he had the chance to rest a bit in Brighton-his feet and leg have recovered fairly well. He should be on the news on Friday when he gets on the ferry at Dover. He has a lot of people sending him positive energy as we all want him to do well! Sorry no pic of him setting off this morning though the smell of his special foot ointments will linger on my rug for a while yet!

After a beautiful day out on the beach in Brighton I cooked up some food in the back of my camper and shared it with Man Freedom and his followers. Think he found it difficult to part company with another reminder of the easy life he left behind in Bristol and as he was only wandering around Brighton I offered him a lift to where he was staying, but he declined having made a vow to only walk. And so, on his very sore toe he hoppled into the most beautiful sunset I have seen all year.

I took a train from London to Brighton to meet Saoirse at the Sanctuary Cafe. Not only I met him, but also his friends who came to see him from Bristol and freeconomists from Brighton. There was also the Guardian journalist, the film students and a lot of delicious chai latte. We later walked to the beach to see the sunset. I took a train back to London and kept contemplating about the thoughts we shared during the day and hoping that people along the way will look after him. Saoirse is a true inspiration and his walk will change not only his own life, but hundreds of others.

Poor little lamb!!! He's in good hands now though, being (over) fed, watered, sheltered, rubbed and cleansed. On his merry way to Worthing in a few days when his trench foot has healed. If you see him make sure you have plenty of plasters and love.

Had the honour of walking with his holiness today (the one in the picture with the mobile phone) from Chichester to Bognor Regis. Saoirse is amazing. Despite 'mashed up' feet (or 'his boys' as he describes them) and a sprained leg, he felt the pain and did it anyway. As we walked people honked their horns (if they were driving of course) or asked him what he was doing (the few pedestrians we have left in the UK). One group of jolly mechanics could not believe he was walking to India and suggested he was going in the wrong direction. But I am sure he is walking exactly the right way! Saoirse has already succeeded in his mission to get his message out there - its now just a question of scale. Blessing upon you and all who meet you! and 'God Speed' as they used to say in the days before cars, credit cards and mobile phones.

Intercepted Saoirse last night with his lovely friends Chris and Suzie, plus fellow Soton Freeconomist Iain (where were all the rest of you?!). Had a good meal and chat at the Soul Cellar, then trekked through lashing rain back to mine at Netley for much appreciated bath and bed. Today we had a chilled morning and Saoirse set off for Portsmouth just before 1pm. It was really good to meet Saoirse and find that, contrary to my background expectation that he'd be some kind of super-evolved guru figure, he actually seems to just be a decent and down-to-earth regular guy who happens to be doing something extraordinary. Therefore, so can you, so can I.

Met up with Saoirse last night at about 7.15pm - he and a few other members were waiting on the corner of Charlotte Place & St Andrews rd. We wandered up the road to a great bar called the Soul Cellar (near the civic center!) and spent a few hours sampling the tasty food and drink on offer whist talking about all sorts of things in the gaps between songs (some guy on a guitar in the main bar area!) we all had a great time and wish "the yellow trousers guy" all the best on his journey!

I met Saoirse this afternoon along the A35 at Ashurst (between Lyndhurst and Southampton). I gave him some plasters as I'd heard his sandals had broken and he was using boots. I hope they come in handy (although I guess he's hoping he won't need them!). He seemed in good spirits and was happy to for me to walk with him through the village of Ashurst. I felt honoured to have been able to meet him and wish him well on his amazing journey - what a special bloke!

On the B3151 between Street and Compton Dundon in Somerset at 09.40. I stopped for a brief chat. It was just starting to rain but he was in good spirits and said the people he had stayed with last night had given him lots of food. Sorry I hadn't got a camera with me. Good luck with the walk!

We are the student fim team who tracked Saoirse down. When we first met Saorise he was trainning for his journey by walking to Bath along the cycle path and it was taking him four hours, this allowed us to estimate his time of arrival to be roughly 8 hours our next step had to be establishing when he would have left Bristol. Our first point of call was the Cafe where Pete and I had first met him; the Severn Generations and spoke to Olivier who told us about them all seeing him off at the SS Great Britain that morning at 7. We walked with Saorise from Glastonbury hight street up to the summit of the Tor. Saorise is an amazing speaker which meant that we were able to just let him talk and talk. We hope to find him again soon and our thoughts are with him.
